1. What is the benefits to be a member?
Sign up as a member has many benefits. You will receive regular updates from us about new arrivals and promotions. And it makes your online shopping easier as the system maintain your shopping cart after you have log off and you can continue to shop whenever you like as if you have not left the system.
2. How do i sign up as member?
it is simple and takes you less than a minute. click on Member Signup and fill up basic information in the required fields. After submit, you will be login instantly and you can start your shopping immediately. You will also receive a welcome email from us. if you do not, please check your spam mailbox as some email programme like hotmail or gmail might treat unfamiliar email as spam. please mark our fun@bugsparty.com as safe (not spam) so that our email to you will not be blocked or filtered.
3. If i wish to unsubscribe newsletter, what should i do?
Subscribe to newsletter has many benefits, however, to discontinue, You may login to your account and unchecked the "subscribe to newsletter" box, or email us.
4. How long does it takes to deliver to me?
Once we received confirmation of payment from you, your order will be sent out the next working day. it usually takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your address. Please refer to Shipping for more information.
5. How much does delivery cost me?
The shipping charges is FREE if your order is more than "Free Shipping" order amount. This "Free Shipping" amount is shown in your "Cart Page" (example shown below), or feel free to email us to find out the current "Free Shipping" order.
For order less than that, the shipping charges varies from RM15 to RM35, depending on your shipping address. This amount will be shown in your "Check Out" page. You may email us your address to check how much does it cost to deliver to you.

6. How do i make payment?
Currently we have two payment methods you can choose from. If you wish to shop using credit card, you can choose the paypal option which is secure and hassle free. or you may choose to pay by bank transfer. To know more, please visit our terms and conditions page for more information.
7. Do you deliver to Singapore?
Yes. For Singapore customers, please shop with USD currency option. Change currency to USD at left hand column of website. Paypal cannot accept Ringgit Malaysia from overseas
8. Once submitted my order, how do i know my order is being attended to?
in less than 30 minutes after submitted your order, you will receive an "Order Process" email from us confirming your order. if you do not, please write to us. it may be due to the fact that some email programmes default setting treats unknown emails as spam and filter them into junk. Hence please mark fun@bugsparty.com safe in your email programmes.
9. Do you deliver to anywhere in Malaysia?
Yes. we can deliver to anywhere in Malaysia, including East Malaysia. However, not all addresses are registered in our delivery zone database, please email us your delivery address if you like us check your delivery address prior to order.
10. How do i specify choice of color if you have various color choice?
you can specify color of the product by telling us color and product ID in the text box during order process, or drop us an email after your order. we will check availability and feedback to you in less than 24hours.
