1. What is the benefits to be a member?

Sign up as a member has many benefits. You may receive regular updates from us about new arrivals and promotions. And it makes your online shopping easier as the system maintain your shopping cart after you have log off and you can continue to shop whenever you like as if you have not left the system.

2. How do i sign up as member?

it is simple and takes you less than a minute. click on Sign Up and fill up basic information in the required fields. After submit, you will be login instantly and you can start your shopping immediately. You will also receive a welcome email from us. if you do not, please check your spam mailbox as some company or public email program like hotmail or gmail might treat unfamiliar email as spam. please mark our email safe (not spam) so that our email to you will not be blocked or filtered.

3. If i wish to unsubscribe newsletter, what should i do?

Subscribe to newsletter has many benefits, however, to discontinue, You may login to your account and unchecked the "subscribe to newsletter" box, or email us.

4. How long does it takes to deliver to me?

Once we received confirmation of payment from you, your order will be sent out the next working day. it usually takes 2 to 7 working days depending on shipping method you choose. Please refer to Shipping Information at footer of our website for more information.

5. How much does delivery cost me?

Delivery charge depends on shipping method selected, delivery address and order amount, please click on “Shipping Information” at footer of our website to view the delivery charges. Table will show delivery charges correspond to whether the address is in West Malaysia, East Malaysia or Singapore

6. How do i make payment?

Currently we have two payment methods you can choose from. If you wish to shop using credit card, you can choose the paypal option which is secure and hassle free. or you may choose to pay by bank transfer. 7. Do you deliver to Singapore?

Yes. However, we can only deliver to RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS at the moment. Please click on “Shipping Information” at footer of our website more details.

8. Once submitted my order, how do i know my order is being attended to?

in less than 30 minutes after submitting your order, you will receive an “Order Process” email from us confirming your order. If you do not, please email us, it is likely the order is not submitted for some reasons.

9. Do you deliver to anywhere in Malaysia?

Yes. we can deliver to anywhere in Malaysia, including East Malaysia. However, not all addresses are registered in our delivery zone database, please email us if you like us check your delivery address prior to order

10. How do i specify choice of color if you have various color choice?

you can specify color of the product by telling us color and product ID in the Comments Box during checkout process, or drop us an email after your order. we will check availability and feedback to you in less than 24hours.
